Receiving a codec error message in Windows Media?
If you see either of these two messages when playing a Windows Media
file after installing Windows XP Service Pack 2:
'Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the
publisher.
Name: ACELPACM.CAB
Publisher: Unknown Publisher'
'Codec Tag 130 cannot be found'
- Open Internet Explorer, choose "tools" and "Internet options."
- Select the "security" tab choose "custom."
- On the "security settings" window the 4th option down "Download
unsigned ActiveX controls." Change this to "Prompt."
- Click "ok" on "security settings" and "ok" on "Internet options."
Close all browsers and then attempt to view the recording, you should receive a
"security warning" and be prompted to install the codec, select "yes" to
allow the unsigned codec to be installed.

Trouble receiving a Webcast on RealPlayer behind a firewall?
If your RealPlayer is having trouble, the firewall is likely not configured to allow RealPlayer traffic. Please try Windows Media Player if it's available for the webcast.
